Goats private lair for a midweek 10K and Swamp Party.
Bring a chair, the fire will be blazin’, music playin’ and post
run pizza will be served (7:45 if ya come after the run) ...
and the hat passed (suggested a buck a slice and a buck
a beer). We’ll have a keg and Absopure water, if that don’t
suit ya, bring yer own stash … if ya overdooer, bring a tent
and sleepin’ bag ...
Yep, this hear is a race type settin’ on rollin’ dirt roads. A
true 10K with a clock and recycled awards! The course is
a beauty! Not like a normal swashbucklin’ DWD pre-dirt run
but we all need an easy day once in while! |
We will also be raisin’
funds for the Pinckney
Recreation Area. Michigan State Parks is hurtin’ for cash so
we’ll be passin’ the hat. Tax deductible checks to The State
Of Michigan cheerfully accepted! Suggested donation, five
bucks but whatever you can do! The Goat ain’t got no address but if ya head one mile west of downtown Pinckney on M-36, turn right, north, on Cedar Lake Road, fer another mile ya come to a fork in the road, stay right (Bently Lake Rd.) you’ll see the party on the right in a quarter mile.
