RUNNING FIT 201 (RF201)

Structured Group Running Sessions that take you beyond the 5K.
Prepare for a 10K with the help of trained professionals each week.
Sessions are 10 weeks and end with a  10K or similar distance event.

IS THIS CLASS FOR YOU?
If you've finished Running 101 and are looking for something more, this group is for you. If you are interested in training for a middle distance race and want a group to run with and someone to help you with your very own training plan, this group is for you. If you have been running for a while but want to conquer the hills, run some 800’s or practice your surges, then come join us. Meet others like yourself in a fun, informative atmosphere. You are already addicted. Now we have to keep you there.

To take your running to the “next level”. Whether it be running a 10K without stopping or finish 2nd in your age group. We want to give you the skills you need to run longer, harder, and happier.
