20 Week Marathon and Half Marathon Training Program

We create a supportive running environment and challenge not only our returning runners, but new runners of all ages and fitness levels who are looking for an organized group training experience! The training program is typically centered around the 2016 Summer/Fall Marathon, Half-Marathon, 10K season...especially the Detroit Free Press.
Kickoff Date is Wednesday June 22, 2016 at 6:00pm
Northville Running Fit - Wednesday 6 PM
Kensington Metropark - Saturday Mornings (time chnages with season)
Format: Weekly runs on Wednesdays at 6:15pm from Running Fit Northville on Haggerty and Saturday Morning runs at varying morning times based on sunrise at Kensington Metropark. Training is geared towards 10k to Marathon distance races.
